Cities Driving for Personal Data

In this session we will hear first how cities are opening up their personal data for creating better services, how cities approach digital identity and identification question. In general the session tackles the question what kind of personal data platform strategy cities should take. Should they be platform providers or what kind of platforms should they support. How should they interoperate with others? What are critical features for the personal data platforms from the city perspective? The session will have keynote presentations and panel discussion.
