What can Design do for the pressing issues of online privacy and data sovereignty?
The four students from University of Applied Arts Vienna and Estonian Academy of Arts have created a contemporary fairytale to challenge our online behaviour, spark public discussion and prepare people to fight for their digital rights: “King GAFA And The Magical 0-1 Crop” is a series of animations transforming the Internet into a kingdom – with a mighty king repressing the peasants’ rights and claiming all of their hard-earned harvest.
It’s time for a revolution!
