Presenter materials & permissions form

We ask that all our presenters fill out this form by 28 August. We ask you to submit your presentation materials (if applicable) in advance for a smooth session and we also ask for your permission to publish these materials, film (and possibly livestream) your presentation, and publish the recording after the conference.

Presentation materials will be published on the conference website (with the presenters’ permission).

Presentation materials can be either linked to (preferred) or uploaded. If you have any issues uploading your materials you can alternatively email them to hello@mydata.org.

  • If you have published your slides and wish us to use the online version (i.e. Slideshare, Google docs, etc.)
  • Drop files here or
  • Basic presentation facilities including projectors, screens, and computers will be available in each presentation space at both of the conference venues. We recommend that presenters use the presentation computer provided as we cannot guarantee projector compatibility with all devices. Please let us know below if you have special tech requests (audio, flip charts, something else) or if you must use your own computer to present.
